Membership Agreement
This agreement is between Uranus Photography, Publishing, Advertising, Industry and Trade Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as URANUS), operating at Ankara Caddesi, Cağaloğlu Yokuşu, No: 17, Evren Han, Kat:2 / 208, Fatih / Istanbul, and the Member who will purchase products from the website www.uranus.com.tr. Membership will provide the user with privileges and benefits, and will impose responsibilities on the publisher and the member.
1. The "Member" or "Legal Entity" who registers on the site with their current personal information (address, telephone, e-mail and password) accepts the -binding- clauses in this agreement.
2. By using the site, the Member agrees to comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey (Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on the Protection of Personal Data) and the Regulations, Circulars and Decrees related to these laws, as well as Uranus's notifications. The Member shall be deemed to have assumed all criminal and legal consequences arising from unlawful use.
3. While using the site, the Member may not engage in any actions that would hinder the use of other members or damage the site's software, design, and information content, or cause harm to the publisher; if the Member does so, they shall be deemed to have accepted all criminal and legal liabilities arising from intentional use.
4. In the event of intentional or unlawful use of www.uranus.com.tr by the Member, the Member shall also be deemed to have assumed all criminal and legal consequences that may arise against Uranus from third parties.
5. Uranus reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Member intentionally damages the site's software, design, or content, uploads illegal information that violates general morality, or illegally uses text and images elsewhere.
6. Uranus reserves the right to make changes to the site content and pricing, modify clauses of the agreement, or add additional clauses as needed.
7. Uranus fulfills its responsibilities in providing protection with up-to-date and robust security measures. Regarding transaction security, the Member must also have up-to-date antivirus/anti-virus protection measures in place on their browser. Uranus is not responsible for any malfunctions that may occur outside of its control.
8. For disputes arising from this agreement between the Member and Uranus – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey – the Istanbul Enforcement Offices and Istanbul Courts shall have jurisdiction.
9. If the Member and Uranus do not mutually notify each other of changes to their contact information within 3 (three) days, notifications sent to their email addresses will be considered valid.
10. The member acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood the above information through this agreement.
