Sales Agreement

SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product (book, e-book, magazine, etc.) whose characteristics and sales price are shown below, sold by Uranus Photography, Publishing, Advertising, Industry and Trade Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "URANUS") to the BUYER via the website www.uranus.com.tr, and covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts. BUYER'S CONTACT INFORMATION

The BUYER's contact information is the address and contact information provided when registering or placing an order on URANUS's website. The BUYER declares and accepts that this information is correct and that the responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect information provided belongs to them, and that they will pay URANUS for any damages incurred, including principal and ancillary costs, in cash and in full. Persons under the age of 18 cannot place orders on the URANUS website. URANUS also offers products for children; however, these can only be sold to adults.

ORDERED PRODUCT INFORMATION, DELIVERY LOCATION AND TIME

The type, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the product are the information available at the time the order is placed, confirmed, and finalized. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read the preliminary information regarding the type, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the product and have given the necessary confirmation electronically. The product will be delivered to the address stated in writing by the BUYER, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, within a period not exceeding 30 days following the receipt of the order by URANUS, as determined by laws and regulations. This period may be extended by a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER is notified in advance. For shipments within Turkey exceeding 3000 TL, the shipping cost is covered by URANUS. For shipments within Turkey below 3000 TL, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the BUYER. For shipments to countries outside of Turkey, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. In e-book sales, the book(s) will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER in writing. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person, institution or organization other than the BUYER, URANUS cannot be held responsible if the person(s)/organization to whom the delivery is to be made refuses the delivery. If, after the delivery of the product, the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to URANUS due to the unauthorized or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, not resulting from the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to return the product to URANUS within 3 (three) days, provided that it has been delivered to him/her. In this case, the delivery costs are borne by the BUYER. In addition, the BUYER accepts that the delivery made to the address he/she has indicated and to the person present at that address during delivery will be considered as delivery made to the BUYER.

BUYER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within (14) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated. For the BUYER to exercise this right, notification must be given to URANUS via email or telephone within the specified period, and the product must be unused and undamaged, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant article. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the original invoice must be returned; within 14 days of URANUS receiving this document and the product, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER – in installments or in a single payment, depending on the method of purchase. The return shipping cost for products returned due to the right of withdrawal via PTT Cargo (cash on delivery) will be covered by URANUS; return shipping costs with other courier companies are the responsibility of the BUYER. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are non-returnable by nature, single-use products, software and programs that can be copied, perishable products, or products that have expired. Furthermore, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods produced according to the consumer's special requests or goods that have been modified or customized to the consumer's specifications.

FORCE MAJEURE

Circumstances that did not exist and were unforeseen at the time the contract was signed, that develop outside the control of the parties, and whose occurrence makes it impossible for one or both parties to partially or completely fulfill their obligations and responsibilities under the contract, or to fulfill them on time, shall be considered force majeure. The party affected by the force majeure event shall immediately notify the other party in writing. The parties shall not be liable for their inability to perform their obligations during the continuation of the force majeure event. If this force majeure event continues for 10 (ten) days, each party shall have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Turkey, and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of URANUS or the BUYER are authorized. In the event of the completion of the order, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this contract. The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read the information regarding the characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment and delivery method, and the supply and delivery times on URANUS's website and that they have given their approval for the purchase electronically in accordance with this information. Anyone who makes a purchase from URANUS's website is deemed to have read, accepted, and confirmed all the above clauses electronically.
