Condition of Return

Damaged packages must be returned with a damage report upon delivery.

Readers can return the product within 14 days of the delivery date using their right of withdrawal; returns are not possible after this period. For a product to be returnable, it must be undamaged in its original form after delivery; returns of products damaged later are not accepted.

Products to be returned must be sent via PTT Cargo with "cash on delivery" to the following address: Uranus Publishing House, Ankara Caddesi, Cağaloğlu Yokuşu, No:17, Evren Han, Kat:2 / 208, Fatih/İstanbul, Türkiye; shipping costs for other courier services are the responsibility of the customer. The refund for returned products will be credited to your credit card within 14 days, either in a single payment or in installments, depending on the purchase method.
